Transparency under the EU AI Act

Systems we deploy for clients may interact with end customers using AI, including by voice. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, such systems disclose at the start of the interaction, in the caller's language, that the caller is communicating with an AI system. We build this disclosure into every deployment as a default, not an option.
