What this website actually collects

This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics, fonts or scripts. Fonts and all assets are served from our own hosting. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage only and never transmitted to us.

The audit request form

If you request an audit, we process the details you enter (name, business name, email, optional phone and description) to schedule the call and prepare your leak map. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form posts directly to our self-hosted workflow system (n8n) running on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. No US form service is involved. We keep audit request data for 12 months after last contact, then delete it.

Hosting

The site and our workflow infrastructure are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) under a data processing agreement. Server logs (IP address, time, requested page) are kept for security purposes and rotated automatically.

Systems we operate for clients

Where we operate call-handling and follow-up automation for client businesses, we act as a processor under a data processing agreement with the client, on EU infrastructure. Where such a system interacts by AI voice, callers are informed at the start of the call, in their language, that they are speaking with an AI system (EU AI Act, Article 50).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The Slovenian authority is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana. Writing to hello@dreamh.ai is the fastest way to exercise any of these.
